Choosing a physio

If you want SOCSO to cover the cost, you must use a current SOCSO-panel physio via the official referral.

Selecting an off-panel physio means self-paying.

The claim is handled between you, your employer, and the SOCSO panel doctor / clinic. The panel doctor is the right person to advise on paperwork, eligibility, and which panel physiotherapist to refer you to. PhysioJohor does not file SOCSO claims and is not a SOCSO routing service.
Where can I find the official SOCSO panel list?
On the official SOCSO (PERKESO) website. The list is updated periodically - always cross-check with your employer's HR or the panel doctor before assuming a clinic is currently on the panel.
Does PhysioJohor work with SOCSO?
We are a home-visit physio matching service, not a SOCSO panel operator. If your SOCSO-covered sessions aren't enough or aren't conveniently located, some patients self-pay for additional home-visit physio in parallel - that's the gap we help with.
What's the 60-day deadline I keep hearing about?
Your employer must notify SOCSO of an employment injury within a specified window after it happens. Late claims are often refused. The exact procedure is set by SOCSO/PERKESO - confirm with your employer's HR or directly with PERKESO.
Does PhysioJohor process the SOCSO claim itself?
