Cross-border guide
Singapore → JB physio (2026)
Thousands of Singaporeans cross to JB for physio at half the price.
Here is how it actually works.
The cost reality
Singapore physio runs SGD 120-180 per session at mid-tier private clinics.
Specialist sports physio can hit SGD 200-250.
In Johor, equivalent care from licensed physios runs RM120-250 per session.
At SGD 1 ≈ RM 3.5, that is roughly 63% cheaper for the same service.

Cost comparison - SG vs JB (indicative)

Which checkpoint to use
If the clinic is in JB city, Taman Molek, Johor Jaya or Permas Jaya, use Woodlands.
If it is in Iskandar Puteri, Medini, Gelang Patah, or a Tuas-adjacent area, use Tuas Second Link.
Midweek mornings (9am-11am) and early afternoons (1pm-3pm) are usually the smoothest.
Friday evening and Sunday evening returns are the worst windows.
How to verify the physio
Every physio in our network is registered with the Malaysian Ministry of Health.
We verify this before adding anyone.
You can also ask the physio directly for their registration number.
Avoid wellness centres that use the word "physio" loosely without qualifications on display.
